Visit avoltaworld.comAbout the role:Manage the preparation of commercial tenders and other business opportunities in a timely and effective manner in line with the Avolta standards.Tender Project Management:Collaborate with project owner and relevant stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables and approach and ensure alignment.Manage the project process; involving all key stakeholders from Operations and Resources to maximize the best results, defining business plan and time scales for completion.Follow-up progress against plan and report project status to relevant stakeholders.Produce project material (kick-off, negotiation, etc. presentations).Communication/People:Manage internal and external stakeholders.Co-ordinate resources and analyze data to achieve business efficiencies.Provide effective communication with all the relevant parties.Liaise with other departments to solve issues which prevent advancement of the project.Build and maintain effective working relationships with appropriate departments.Quality:Ensure project deliverables meet the objectives and are completed to the required quality standards in regard to timing and budget.Ensure clear and simple project documentation and planning solutions.Ensure project plans and processes are documented and clearly mapped, and adapt them to new requirements and business needs if necessary.Other:Ad-hoc support to the Business Development Department.Specific responsibilities as required by direct manager.Key Relationships:EMEA Business Development Director.Country General Managers.External Agencies & Consultants.Other Departments (Category Management, Marketing, Global Shop Design.What we are looking for:Master’s Degree or equivalent, 5 years of proven experience within a complex global retail organization, detailed understanding of Retail Operations, exposure to managing complex relationships within a tough business sector.
