We are looking for a Temporary Recruitment Specialist to assist the business of Quantum Renewables, part of the Hanwha Energy group of companies and Imagina Energía, providing support across all Human Resources functions. Quantica Renovables is a consolidated company in the field of solar engineering that has more than 6,000 projects executed for both companies and homes. We are the fourth strongest company in the installation of solar self-consumption systems and we are looking to expand our sales team in Spain.Responsabilities:Manage the full cycle of processes, from the identification of potential hires to the interview, evaluation of candidates and extension of offersAssist in the recruitment and talent acquisition processes Initial CV screening.Coordination and support in interviews.Guarantee the procedures of the selection processes according to the company's standardsPublication of offers on internal and external portalsInternal construction of an internal candidate pipelineActive search for talentManage communication with candidates to keep them informed at all timesGenerate a comprehensive candidate experience, from the first phase to onboarding. Key Requirements & Competencies: Bachelor's degree or bachelor's degree related to the position (Psychology, RRLL, Law, Business Administration)Valuable Master's Degree in Human ResourcesMinimum 2 years experience in recruitmentAsset: English.
