Overview We are thrilled to announce an opening for a Temporary Cafe Assistant at our West Greenwich Facility.
This is an outstanding opportunity to join a team dedicated to providing outstanding customer service and maintaining a welcoming cafe environment.
Our ideal candidate is someone who is ambitious, diligent, and enjoys working in a collaborative atmosphere.
Responsibilities As a Temporary Cafe Assistant, you will play a fundamental role in achieving our goal to provide a great customer experience.
You will be responsible for.
Greeting customers with a warm and friendly attitude Processing transactions accurately and efficiently Maintaining a clean and orderly Cafe, front and back of house Keeping reports of cash and credit transactions Preparing for every single day by ensuring products are ready for both internal and external customers Assisting customers and addressing their inquiries Maintaining the POS system and receipts, including accurate recording any stock Assisting in daily food preparation, including baking, slicing, and cooking Setting up breakfast and lunch services, along with functions and other customer requests Keeping the Cafe stocked with products and paper supplies Ensuring coffee is always fresh and the area is neat Checking and stocking coffee/soda break room areas Successfully implementing tasks while adhering to all safety and hygiene standard Qualifications To be considered for this role, you should meet the following requirements.
Proven experience in a food/hospitality role Outstanding customer service skills Ability to lift up to 30lbs Flexibility with work hours based on business needs Strong ability to manage tasks effectively and pay close attention to details Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting Positive attitude and willingness to focus and commit to ensure customer happiness Keys to Success • Building collaborative relationships • Decision making • Drive results • Foster innovation • Personal energy • Self-leadership #LI-KM1 #LI-ONSITE
