We transform the environment, the processes, and above all, the culture of the company. Change management to help employee´s transition in the process of transformation is a at the core of our activity.   We are hiring!  We are looking for a TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS CONSULTANT based in Madrid.   What you will do As a Technology Solutions Consultant based in Madrid, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the implementation of projects with our clients throughout the complete cycle of our projects. Your key responsibilities will include: Elaborating full solution proposals to address business problems with technological and cultural solutions. Providing daily support to users of our technological solutions. Developing and executing sales and communication campaigns to promote our technological solutions to prospects, leads, clients, and partners. Managing the sales pipeline for BICG's digital products: developing and following up on prospects in alignment with our business development strategy. Designing and facilitating workshops with clients and various stakeholders.  Managing customer relations and coordinating project efforts in support of regional management. Traveling within Spain and Europe as required.  If you are fluent in English and Spanish, you have experience in technology solutions or sales and consulting and you are looking for an opportunity to have an impact in the ways companies work, this role is for you!  What we offer  Permanent contract (we are also open to other types of collaboration, such as freelance work) Diverse and exciting local and international projects in a fun and international company with 25 years of experience in the design and implementation of new ways of working strategies and company experience. An amazing community of people where everyone finds his/her place and where we take care of each other. High development potential in an agile and multidisciplinary team with an international mindset and start-up spirit We have a hybrid work model with flexible working hours: you will work from our beautiful offices located in Madrid and have the possibility to work remotely when you need to. As well we want you to actively contribute to our social challenge activities as they unravel through the year.   Your profile:  A university degree in relevant fields (business, communication, computer science, information technology, engineering, or related discipline.). Fluency in English and Spanish (C2 level), with French or German being an advantage. 2-5 years of experience in a related field. Demonstrated ability to understand and apply various technological solutions in a business context, enhancing customer experiences and operational efficiency. Proficiency in designing, evaluating, and implementing comprehensive digital solutions that meet client needs. Familiarity with the latest trends in technology and the ability to translate these into viable business solutions. Strong analytical skills with a proven track record in problem-solving using digital technologies. Experience in internal communication projects and certifications in project methodologies (e.g., Prosci, LeanSigma) valued. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel. Willingness to travel and based in Madrid.    What you should bring  Strong sense of ownership and accountability Attention to detail Generosity, autonomy, and can-do attitude – we are a medium-sized company where we need to make things happen, regardless of our position within the team.  Strong customer orientation and ability to communicate and bond with the client Ability to be a thinker but also a doer Creativity and eagerness to learn and share knowledge
