TECHNICIAN QC BIOASSAY

The employee is acquainted with the annual company and division goals and is aware of how he/she can influence these through his/her performance.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities ·       Perform various testing on finished products, stability samples and in-process control samples according to GMP/GLP guidelines and SOP procedures in a timely manner.
In addition, perform specific analyses required for the testing team he/she is part of.
·       Analyze, report and review test results to applicable systems.
·       Adhere to compliance best practices, EHSS regulations and lean principles.
·       General lab support functions such as ordering of lab supplies, managing generated waste, equipment handling, preparation of reagents and attending team meetings.
·       Identify and call out issues to supervisor in a timely manner.
·       Perform other work-related activities assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications Minimum qualification (education/experience) Other requirements Jr Technician MLO/MBO (or equivalent) with 0-2 year of relevant experience.
·      Collaborates and actively contributes to a team environment both with internal team members and supervisors.
·      Builds knowledge of products tested and understanding of the QC methods relative to the product quality.
Technician MLO/MBO (or equivalent) with 2-4 year of relevant experience; Or Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline with no prior related working experience.
In addition to Jr Technician other requirements.
•      Proficient in the interpretation of the data.
Cross-trained for methods and trainer for other employees.
Sr Technician MLO/MBO (or equivalent) or bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline with 3-5 years of related working experience.
In addition to Technician other requirements.
•     Advocates for members of the team and acts as a leader in the team.
•     Experience in complex methods, troubleshooting, equipment knowledge and result investigations.
Lab Analyst MLO/MBO (or equivalent) or bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline with 5+ years of related working experience.
In addition to Sr Technician other requirements.
·        Mentors team members ·        Proactive in seeking out opportunities for improvement and leading role in projects ·        Representing the lab in cross-departmental teams as needed ·        Leading investigations and being the primary contact for QA with those ·        Be the backup of the Supervisor when needed
