TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER LL

Job Summary Supports project planning and management for established initiatives within the company.
Provide and support the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifies and documents business requirements; and ensures that projects are completed to specification, within an established time frame and budget.
Job Description / Responsibilities Plan, organize, and control resources, procedures, and timing for technical processes and projects.
Analyze and document requirements by liaising with a range of users in the organization.
Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans and status reports.
Conduct risk analysis and monitor the progress of plans against project milestones and budgets.
Provide technical and analytical guidance to project teams.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and review of project deliverables.
Responsible for preparation of formal management reports, status updates and presentations on projects.
Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures.
Collaboratively work with other Project Managers/ Delivery Leads on cross-project dependencies and milestones.
Implements project(s) of all sizes and complexities according to scope, schedule and deliverables agreed to by the project stakeholders and leadership.
Leads project teams in highly complex IT enterprise-wide projects and ensures adherence to company and project management policies, procedures, and practices.
Makes recommendations to improve and standardize processes for planning, requirements gathering, and requirements management.
Perform other duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent work experience plus two (2) years’ relevant experience in project and process planning and management.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
Some Knowledge of cross functional departmental processes preferred.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational, time management, interpersonal skills with ability to effectively multi-task.
Comprehensive computer skills using Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Business Objects.
Comprehensive presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
