You will work with a modern tech stack on a Software as a Service (SaaS) cloud platform that serves users in over 49 countries.
The core platform consists of systems housed in a large-scale environment responsible for processing billions of tasks every day.
What You’ll Work On Own and drive the end-to-end technical product lifecycle from concept to launch, partnering with design, systems engineering, product (marketing), and development teams.
Facilitate effective communication and alignment between diverse stakeholders—ensuring clarity of scope, priorities, and requirements.
Break down high-level requirements into actionable user stories, epics, and technical tasks, ensuring they are well-defined and ready for implementation.
Champion and help evolve agile best practices (e.
., backlog grooming, story mapping, sprint planning) with a focus on continuous improvement.
Proactively identify and remove blockers, escalate issues when necessary, and help resolve cross-team dependencies.
Evaluate technical trade-offs in collaboration with engineers and architects, balancing delivery speed, quality, and business value.
Stay up to date on the latest technologies and trends relevant to our stack (React Native, Go, Python, and others), acting as a thought partner for both product and engineering.
Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in technical product management, engineering, or technical program management roles.
Strong technical background with hands-on experience in software engineering, architecture, or similar fields.
Experience with mobile (React Native), web, or backend technologies (Go, Python) is a strong plus.
Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects involving multiple teams and disciplines.
Excellent communication skills—able to translate business requirements into technical solutions and vice versa.
Proven track record in agile development environments.
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and influencing without authority.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
Preferred Qualifications Experience in regulated environments (e.
., healthcare, finance, etc.).
Familiarity with modern DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud-based architectures.
Prior experience working within a matrix or global organization.
