TECHNICAL PRODUCT OWNER

In order to continue growing, we’d love to find a Technical Product Owner for our Product & Development Team.Who you areYou have at least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner and a strong technical background.You have a background in Computer Science and a deep understanding of the main concepts related to web-based software development (APIs, technical stack, etc.)You have experience working in a agile environment.You feel comfortable working with cross-functional teams and you have experience in taking a product from concept to launch.You feel comfortable working and communicating across all levels of an organization.You understand how to define and apply product metrics and are comfortable using data to make informed product decisions.Fintech-related experience is a plus.What you will doYou’ll lead the Core Squad whose domain is our Core banking system from a product point of view.You’ll be part of the squad and coordinate the technical tasks needed to accomplish business objectives. You’ll be responsible for the delivery of the squad together with the technical team. You’ll manage the roadmap, priorities and dependencies with other squads.You’ll collaborate with Product Leadership in the planning and execution of the Product Strategy.You’ll coordinate the Product Initiatives of your team across the organization making sure there’s alignment and that dependencies and risks are identified and managed appropriately.What do we offer?Permanent contract.Possibility of flexible hours and remote/presential work.Competitive conditions.Financial and non-financial benefits.An environment full of confidence and open communication.
