Facilitating the successful delivery of key initiatives.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
Implementing and maintaining PMO processes and policies.
Monitoring project progress and reporting key metrics to stakeholders.
Managing resources and budget for projects.
Identifying potential project risks and proposing mitigation strategies.
Providing guidance and support to project teams.

A successful PMO should have
A strong understanding of project management principles and practices.
Proven experience in a similar role within the financial services industry.
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
A proactive approach with the ability to identify potential issues and propose solutions.
Proficiency in project management software.
