Zemsania is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Tech Lead FullStack with expertise in Angular and Java to join our innovative team. Mandatory Skills:

5+ years of commercial experience in Java development.
Profound knowledge of TypeScript and Angular, with a strong emphasis on creating robust applications.
Proficiency in using the Spring framework for building enterprise-level Java applications.
Experience with relational databases and proficiency in SQL to manage and manipulate data effectively.
Comprehensive understanding of the entire software development life cycle, from requirements gathering to deployment.





Valued Skills:

Expertise in microservices architecture, enabling scalable and maintainable application development.
Experience in creating components with Stencil for efficient web component design.
Knowledge of automation and execution of tests to ensure quality and performance standards are met.
Familiarity with securitization or other financial instruments, bringing valuable insights to our projects.
Soft Skills:
Demonstrated technical leadership abilities and experience managing teams to drive collective success.
Excellent communication skills, able to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively to diverse stakeholders.
Strong sense of autonomy, initiative, and the ability to collaborate seamlessly as part of a team.
Proficiency in spoken and written English at a high level, facilitating easy communication with international teams and clients.
