TEAM MANAGER (SWEDISH-SPEAKING) - ON-SITE

We are looking for an Swedish-speaking Team Manager - (On-site) to join one of our exciting projects.
As a Team Manager, you will work in one of our most critical leadership roles where you will be responsible for coaching, training, introducing and continuously monitoring your team members.

What you'll experience with us As a Team Manager in our team, you will.
- Daily follow up on statistics with the employee and provide feedback on focus areas - Actively gathering feedback from employees and being responsive to what agents and customers are saying about the market both our own and the client's - Carrying out and giving feedback on the monitoring (feedback in time to the mediation) and take correct actions on the basis of the deficiency identified in the interception - Analyse the team's performance and take appropriate actions to optimise results - Average action time (AHT) for the team - Customer satisfaction index (NPS/CSAT) for the team and at individual level(s) - Co-monitoring results for the team and at individual level.
- The assignment will establish and develop a relationship with the client that allows for constructive and creative forums that lead to continuous improvement.
