Conturarea strategiei nationale de vanzari digitale pentru segmentul SMB in vederea sustinerii strategiei nationale.
Coordonarea si gestionarea eficienta a activitatii agentilor asignati, asigurandu-te ca acestia sunt motivati si implicati in atingerea obiectivelor de business.
Gestionarea relatiilor cu clientii de top din segmentul SMB prin interactiuni face to face cu acestia, in scopul facilitarii procesului de vanzare/ securizare.
Participarea la definirea obiectivelor comerciale si stabilirea target -urilor individuale lunare de vanzari.
Dezvoltarea si implementarea unui plan de actiune lunar si trimestrial pentru atingerea obiectivelor de business si comportamentale, atat la nivel individual cat si la nivel de echipa.
Participarea la selectia, recrutarea si procesul de orientare a noilor angajati.
Implicare in asimilarea si improspatarea cunostintelor la nivel individual, precum si de dezvoltarea unor programe de training specifice (procese, produse, servicii).
E job-ul potrivit pentru tine daca detii.
Competente, cunostinte si experienta.
Diploma universitara; Alte cursuri de pregatire, preferabil de vanzari; Permis de conducere categoria B; 3 ani experienta in vanzari directe/indirecte; Cel putin un an de experienta in coordonarea echipelor; Abilitati de PC.
Word, Excel, Power Point, E-mail.
Certificari tehnice/profesionale necesare.
Dezvoltare si coaching – abilitatea de a dezvolta si executa planuri de dezvoltare pentru oamenii din echipa lui; Expertiza de conducere.
