TEAM LEADER (ENGLISH-SPEAKING) - ON-SITE

We are looking for an English-speaking Team Leader (On-site) to join one of our exciting projects.

- Full time 39 hours/week contract.
Monday to Friday to - Salary euros gross/year + up to euros gross/year in bonus - Great office location in Barcelona - Friends hunting (referral) bonus - Full paid training about the company and the project you will be working on - Career development program and specialized courses What youll experience with us As a Team Leader in our team, you will.
- Monitor and report team performance  - Motivate as a team leader controlling turnover and retaining potential and motivated team members  - Organize regular meetings to give feedback on team performance, inform on new procedures, upcoming changes  - Organize team building activities (team meetings, breakfasts, lunches, dinners, events, etc.) - -- Offer support in critical problems (escalations, emergencies, agents and customers complaints) - Collect production and performance metrics from available sources daily and update Project Dashboard and Form A - Analyze data and report to Supervisor and/or Program Manager.

-  Are proficient or bilingual in English, if you have  German or French is a plus - Have experience in inside sales environment - Have leadership skills - Have working knowledge of sales cycle processes and of IT equipment and applications.
MS Windows, MS Office, industry and communication skills.
It would be a plus if you have.
