What you'll do • Source and select candidates who will thrive in our culture, with a focus on quality over volume.
• Drive the entire hiring process from initial demand to final offer, ensuring a smooth and consistent experience.
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers at every level, providing honest, strategic guidance throughout.
• Define and shape our company culture with every hire you make - you're not just filling roles, you're building the future.
• Build and grow a strong talent network by nurturing existing relationships and creating new ones.
• Deepen your understanding of technical roles to better connect with candidates and match the right people to the right teams.
What you'll bring • You have solid experience in international recruitment, ideally across both agency and in-house environments.
• You have experience recruiting and working with technical roles such as Engineers, Developers and Product Managers • You're highly skilled in sourcing top talent using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems.
• You manage recruitment processes with ease, switching smoothly between roles, projects, and priorities.
• You're confident working with and advising stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
• You understand the nuances of hiring across diverse roles, cultures, and regions.
• You stay current with industry trends, consistently deliver beyond expectations, and approach your work with curiosity and a willingness to grow.
