If youre excited about driving recruitment in Sales Customer Success and other GTM areas for a growing SaaS scale-up this ones for you! AMONG OTHER THINGS YOU WILL Partner with GTM leaders to deeply understand their hiring needs Develop smart data-driven hiring strategies aligned with business goals Proactively source and engage top active and passive talent Work closely with HRBPs to align hiring with workforce planning Mentor and train TA Specialists and help upskill the team Drive process improvements from metrics to tooling Be a PlanRadar ambassador promoting our EVP and culture at every touchpoint WHO YOU ARE You have proven experience recruiting GTM roles (Sales Customer Success etc.) You have a strategic mindset with strong stakeholder management skills You are familiar with SaaS and fast-paced evolving TA environments You are data-savvy.
use metrics to steer decisions and improve results You are a strong communicator with a collaborative proactive attitude You have excellent spoken and written business English skills.
