TALENT ACQUISITION MANAGER - TECHNOLOGY

Your Purpose As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, with a primary focus on attracting top talent for our Technology division, while also supporting broader hiring needs across the organisation.
You will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified candidates, both for current openings and future growth.
In this role, you will play a key part in shaping our culture by identifying individuals who align with our values, vision, and mission.
Your Impact * Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
* Source, screen, and interview candidates using a variety of sourcing methods (career website, job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.).
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance.
* Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
* Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
* Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
* Collaborate with HR and management on employer branding strategies.
* Stay up to date on hiring trends, labor market conditions, and best practices.
* Keep a pipeline of candidates and a network relevant to MSC Cruises.
Your Journey so far * You hold a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* You have 8 to 10 years of experience in talent acquisition in dynamic, international environments with a strong understanding of IT & digital profiles.
* You have thrived in fast-paced environments and have successfully partnered with cross-functional teams to deliver hiring solutions.
* You have a proven track record of implementing effective sourcing strategies and building strong relationships with hiring managers.
* You have demonstrated the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
Your Essentials * Strong experience in recruitment processes, including proficiency in applicant tracking systems and social media recruitment tools like LinkedIn.
* Proven ability to design and implement hiring strategies that align with long-term business goals.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially in collaborating with stakeholders.
* Fluency in English is mandatory; any other language is a plus.
* Ability to work effectively with departments to streamline recruitment processes.
* EU Passport or right to work in Switzerland.
