TALENT ACQUISITION MANAGER (ENGLISH OR FRENCH)

Dónde vas a trabajar? Responsible for managing and controlling the recruitment process, identifying, retaining and developing talent, developing training and coaching programmes, ensuring the professional growth and development of employees, managing internal communication and employer branding, among other tasks.
¿Qué harás en tu nuevo puesto? Management of the recruitment processes and control/monitoring of all open positions throughout Spain to ensure they are filled.
Creation and/or improvement of on/off boarding processes; follow-up of interviews for new hires and exits.
Following group guidelines regarding training and development processes and procedures.
Management of internal training; Contact and negotiate with different training providers, planning, coordination and follow-up of training actions.
Control of FUNDAE training credit; processing of subsidies in Fundae and administrative management of the necessary documentation, organisation of trainings, preparation of materials, analysis of the effectiveness and satisfaction of the training actions given and detection areas for improvement.
Participation in different HR projects; Equality Plan, employer branding actions, annual performance evaluation process, management of Job Descriptions updating, internal surveys; among others.
Take care of HR internal communications in alignment with the global strategy.
¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)? Knowledge about labor local law.
At least 7 years of experience in HR positions, especially in talent acquisition & recruiting areas with a leadership role.
