TAILOR TEAM LEAD - CDI - IBIZA

We invite you to be a Tailor Team Lead and to join our team based in Ibiza.
This role will suit a style-savvy person with a love of traveling and a desire to become an excellent Tailor Team Lead.
The role requires the ability to develop one to one relationships with new customers and manage the requirements of our most discerning clients, through excellent product knowledge and first-rate customer service.
Your tasks & duties will be.
Back office organization.
Setting up the new yearly and monthly targets for the team and for each team member; Developing a comprehensive plan for achieving quarterly and individual monthly targets for your team members, including identifying strategies for mentoring, training, and performance reviews to incentivize your team; Creation of yearly and quarterly roadmaps for the department and each team member growth and development; Creating or updating job descriptions for your team members; Recruiting, training, and supporting your team members; Developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for various aspects of the concierge role, including speech, pricing, service presentation, behavior with clients, sales strategy, and meetings with suppliers; Preparing new and updating existing training materials for the onboarding of new team members; Coordinating with the Office Manager and HR Manager to ensure all documentation is prepared for the onboarding of new team members; Keep the Tailor Drive organized at all times following the current standards; Preparing weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on the performance of your team; Weekly team meetings for the department; Supporting and overseeing the events department to reach established targets; Collaborating with other team leads in Spain to ensure clear communication and support in achieving common goals; Working with the Director of Ops in Paris to implement best selling practices for the concierge package in Spain; Assisting in monthly meetings with all Tailor Team Leads in each destination; Collaborating with the Tech team to merge old CRM systems into new ones and train the team members of the Tailor Tool; Coordinating with HQ to organize the annual seminar and represent the Spanish offices; Organization of events such as the end of season, Christmas dinner, team buildings.
Supplier organization.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers by organizing before and end of season meetings; Reviewing revenue generated by destination and identifying opportunities to expand our supplier list to generate more revenue; Analyzing client behavior through review of services sold by destination and replicating options in other destinations; Collaborating with your team to develop service presentations for sharing with other departments; Setting new targets to onboard new suppliers per destination; Maintaining and updating an excel file with descriptions of all suppliers by category and status of operations for each destination; Keep the services and restaurant excel sheet updated monthly with correct data; Gather and create end of season presentations with the most sold services and booked restaurant; Quality control & evaluating suppliers through testing by representing Le Collectionist; Update all prices and services on the CRM.
Client Organization.
Organize holidays for some of the Key Account and VIP clients; Continuously seeking new ways to enhance the client experience and increase the Net Promoter Score (NPS); Handling any problems that may arise in the services sold by the concierge department; Maintaining an excel file of problems that occur during the season and working with other departments to resolve them; Weekly meetings Management in order to go through the client’s arrival of the week and make sure everything is ready for the arrivals; Assist the Supply & Stay department with the organization of welcome baskets for clients; Revising and redesigning service brochures and recommendations for clients; Keeping track of daily operations and constantly reviewing all bookings in provisional; Staying updated about the latest services and events on the island in order to advise the client about new experiences; Assisting with the check-in & check-out during peak season if needed; Running errands and deliveries before and during their stay if needed; Boat check-ins service.
