With the power of many curious minds, together we can continue to solve the world’s most complex challenges and deliver more impact together.Role description:We are looking for a Sustainability Certifications Junior Consultant to join the Smart Buildings & Sustainable Places, in the Sustainability Certifications team located in Madrid, Spain.Role accountabilities:Development of sustainability certifications: LEED, WELL and BREEAM.Technical analysis of assets and determination of sustainable and healthy strategies.Support in the implementation of sustainable strategies in ongoing projects.Monitoring of sustainability criteria applied on site and validation of construction materials.Collaboration in the coordination of certifications and drafting of the complementary work required to achieve certification (specialised technical reports and studies, site visits, etc.).Working with clients and managing their expectations and requirements.Procurement of projects and fostering client relationships (ability to accept a brief, prepare fee proposals and agree scope of work) and manage delivery.Overseeing the execution of projectsQualifications & Experience:Degree in Engineering or Architecture.
