ROLE.
Responsible for regional supply planning by develop supply strategies for FG, drive consistent and accurate end to end supply plan to meet business demands.
Responsible for inventory control and NWSM management and relative KPI through data analysis and driving team actions.
Accountable for reliable supply to Esante/CPVC FG/TG in the region, follow up closely for the import restocking orders, keep smart inventory level to leverage service level and inventory cost for PCG TG/FG.
RESPONSIBILITIES.
Supply Plan determination and review (analysis of supply/demand data) Constraint maintenance and Capacity Utilization review Work effectively with Global Supply Chain to leverage opportunities to optimize global supply network.
Contribute to the cross-region collaboration Balance supply cost/efficiency and customer service level; own cost to serve metrics on BU specifics; always look for optimization opportunity and drive operational excellence projects Manage inventory level smartly, provide NWSM solutions and execute Identify planning operational needs and collaborate with Supply Chain COE team to implement improvement projects   REQUIREMENTS (education, experience, competencies and specific job requirements).
Education：Bachelor degree or above Experience：         minimum 3 years supply chain experiences in multinational companies in supply plan area.
Experience in Chemical or related industry is preferred Main Core Competencies： Collaboration, good team player Good Communication Skills Result driven and meet tight deadliness under pressure Highly motivated self-starter with strong analytical skills and results oriented, and able to work independently.
Good data analysis skills, Excel and SAP Language Skill.
