Supply Chain - Transportation Management Systems (TMS) Consultant Drive logistics transformation by optimizing transportation management systems for our clients.
Key Responsibilities.
• Define future logistics technology landscapes and select transportation solutions to enhance efficiency, customer centricity, and sustainability.
• Design improved processes and business requirements leveraging selected technologies.
• Oversee end-to-end implementation, including solution design, testing, and change management.
• Lead workstreams within global project teams, facilitating client workshops and supervising small teams.
• Stay updated on transportation best practices and collaborate on innovative initiatives.
Requirements.
• Minimum 3 years' experience working in management or systems implementation consulting, or as part of a corporate function running transformative projects with implementation of Transportation Management Systems.
• Hands-on experience in global or regional implementations of BlueYonder, Oracle, SAP or Manhattan Transport Management Systems or other logistics software.
• Strong understanding of transportation processes and technology solutions, and passionate for continuously learning about innovations and new developments.
• Fluent with Supply Chain concepts and how transportation impacts the overall supply chain.

Supply Chain - Planning Analyst/Consultant Help clients address critical C-suite issues by defining and implementing technology-enabled business strategies.
Key Responsibilities.
• Drive and support end-to-end supply chain transformations in line with clients' business challenges.
• Define, optimize, and implement supply chain planning processes and operating models aligned with industry best practices.
• Transfer detailed functional requirements and priorities highlighted with client business stakeholders to the Accenture system integration team.
• Plan and monitor implementation activities to support the timely achievement of expected results.
• Work closely with the Client to understand their supply chain goals and to align business requirements with systems and process solutions that ensure overall objectives are met.
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of supply chain planning processes and related systems.
Requirements.
• Minimum 1-year experience in consulting preferred.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in the area of Integrated Business Planning, S&OP, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Production Planning & Scheduling.
• Experience with planning tools like IBP (SAP), OMP, o9, Kinaxis, Anaplan/Toolsgroup/Slimstock • Ability to conduct workshops, gather requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, design to-be solutions, design configuration rationale, and create functional designs.
• High level of mobility.

• Participate in design and implementation projects, shaping the O2C strategy and process transformation.
• Gain expertise in leading O2C IT solutions, acting as a functional consultant throughout all project phases.
