Strategic Operations Intern (m/f/d) About the Job Join Allianz Technology Spain as a Strategic Operations Intern and gain hands-on experience in strategic projects, process improvement, and automation within the Spain Hub.
This internship offers a unique opportunity to connect and implement global initiatives locally while developing leadership skills in a dynamic and innovative environment.
What you do • Assist in the planning and execution of strategic projects aimed at enhancing local operations as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to support project goals and deliverables.
• Gain insights into the day-to-day operations of the Spain Hub and support operational tasks and initiatives to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Work closely with the Spain Hub to connect and implement global initiatives whilst facilitating communication and coordination between local and global teams.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and propose actionable solutions.
• Assist in the development and implementation of process optimization strategies.
• Support automation efforts to streamline operations and enhance productivity as well as learning and applying tools and technologies to automate routine tasks.
• Participate in leadership development programs, assessments and engage in activities that foster leadership skills and personal growth.
What you bring • Strong interest in operations management and process improvement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Take initiative, demonstrate a willingness to learn and contribute and show eagerness to explore new ideas and approaches.
• Exhibit reliability and accountability in tasks and projects whilst striving for high-quality work and continuous improvement.
• Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to deal with many projects simultaneously.
• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related fiel • Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles, and their practical use.
