ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Manage and motivate the team to drive the business.
create a positive work environment, empower the team, encourage innovative solutions.
Organize the team in an efficient manner according to business needs and delegate responsibilities.
Set achievable and challenging goals and individual targets for the store team; assess, monitor and manage performance to ensure these goals are achieved.
Be the voice of the store by understanding business and local market to suggest actions and recommendations.
Maximize the potential of all product categories and ranges carried in the store, capitalizing on all available support (visual merchandising, training, back-office team…) and fostering synergies between categories.
Lead by example on the floor, understand the Clients’ needs, identify potential areas of improvement, and cultivate a feel for maximizing sales.
Ensure business opportunities are maximized through efficient sales floor management, being a visible presence.
Ensure policies, standards and Legends procedures are communicated and implemented.
Monitor store controllable expenses, supervise loss, asset protection and risk management and be accountable for inventory management.
You have significant experience of minimum 5 years in team management, in store management and sports and lifestyle retail environment.
Good social skills and a very good ability to listen, a strong sense of responsibility.
Excellent leadership and people management skills.
Ability to be flexible and adaptable to the need of the business.
Demonstrate strong commercial acumen and brand knowledge.
Good knowledge of IT tools and a keen sense of product and fashion culture.
Your English must be fluent and ideally a second language.
