Moreover, we are present in 80 countries through some 1,500 retail outlets and with more than 3.000 employees.JOB DESCRIPTIONWe are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Stock Assistant for our Boutique in Barcelona (Spain). As Stock Assistant and under the orders of the Stock Controller, you will organize and manage the boutique's stock, ensuring an environment that allows for efficiency, effectiveness and excellence in routines and execution. You will work closely with the store team ensuring the right products are available on and close to the shop floor enabling an excellent customer experience.WHAT YOU WILL DOMaintain the organization of the stockroom to the highest standards.Manage deliveries by checking that they match the supporting documentation.Report to Stock Controller and resolve any stock discrepancies.Unpack all deliveries placing stock safely and correctly in its designated location (tagging, anti-theft, etc.)Replenish, prepare and integrate products within the shop floor to improve efficiency and customer experience.Work with internal teams (Visual, Merchandising, Influencers, Press) making available their product requests.Support and coordinate the aftersales process (repairs, alteration, etc).Support the team in the selling process ensuring the highest level of customer experience.Ensure stock accuracy through regular audits.Participate in annual/rotating stock take.Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure efficient product flow.Participate in store activities: morning briefings, training, events, etc.Contribute to the smooth running and cleanliness of the boutique.Boutique opening and closing.YOUR PROFILEExperience as a Stock Assistant in Retail (Premium or Luxury Experience desirable) Based in Barcelona (Spain)Studies based on Logistics, Business Administration or similar are highly valued.Languages: Spanish & English Proficiency (French or other languages valuable)Computer Management Skills (CEGID system is valuable).Strong verbal and written communication skills.Confidence, flexible, excellent organisation and problem-solving skills.Self-motivation with positive attitude and professional selling techniques.Good handling of numbers, back-office skills and inventory/stock management.Ability to work under pressure, ease of multi-tasking and maintaining a balance of daily responsibilities.Strong team player and self-reliant at the same time.Brand ambassador and fashion lover.WHAT WE OFFERPosition: Full Time 40HContract: PermanentCompetitive salaryMonthly and annual performance bonusesGenerous holiday allowance after qualifying period (+ 5 more days after your first year + 1 more day in your second year, and so on).Private health cover after qualifying period.Staff discountCareer development opportunities.Entrepreneurial, creative and welcoming work culture.Inclusion & DiversityLongchamp is committed to fostering inclusive, diverse, and equitable work environments, recognizing the value of a diverse workforce in driving innovation and performance.
