Moreover, we are present in 80 countries through some 1,500 retail outlets and with more than 3.000 employees.JOB DESCRIPTIONWe are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Stock Controller for our Boutique in Madrid (Spain). As Stock Controller, you will be responsible of the stockroom, ensuring an environment that allows for efficiency, effectiveness and excellence in routines and execution. You will work closely with the store team ensuring the right products are available on and close to the shop floor enabling an excellent customer experience.WHAT YOU WILL DOMaintain the organisation of the stockroom to the highest standards.Manage deliveries by checking that they match the supporting documentation.Report to Store Manager and resolve any stock discrepancies.Unpack all deliveries placing stock safely and correctly in its designated location (tagging, anti-theft, etc.)Control and manage the transfer of stock to and from the store and the return of stock to the Warehouse.Replenish, prepare and integrate products within the shop floor to improve efficiency and customer experience.Process all reports and general administration related with stock management.Work with internal teams (Visual, Merchandising, Influencers, Press) making available their product requests.Support and coordinate the aftersales process (repairs, alteration, etc).Support the team in the selling process ensuring the highest level of customer experience.Responsible for stock take management and control.Ensure stock accuracy through regular audits.Prepare periodic reports on stock take status.Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure efficient product flow.Participate in store activities: morning briefings, training, events, etc.Contribute to the smooth running and cleanliness of the boutique.Boutique opening and closing.YOUR PROFILEExperience as a Stock Controller or Stock Assistant in Retail (Premium or Luxury Experience desirable)Based in Madrid (Spain)Studies based on Logistics, Business Administration or similar are highly valued.Languages: Spanish & English Proficiency (French or other languages valuable)Computer Management Skills (CEGID system is valuable).Strong verbal and written communication skills.Confidence, flexible, excellent organisation and problem-solving skills.Self-motivation with positive attitude and professional selling techniques.Good handling of numbers, back-office skills and inventory/stock management.Ability to work under pressure, ease of multi-tasking and maintaining a balance of daily responsibilities.Strong team player and self-reliant at the same time.Brand ambassador and fashion lover.WHAT WE OFFERPosition: Full Time 40HContract: PermanentCompetitive salaryMonthly and annual performance bonusesGenerous holiday allowance after qualifying period (+ 5 more days after your first year + 1 more day in your second year, and so on).Private health cover after qualifying period.Staff discountCareer development opportunities.Entrepreneurial, creative and welcoming work culture.Inclusion & DiversityLongchamp is committed to fostering inclusive, diverse, and equitable work environments, recognizing the value of a diverse workforce in driving innovation and performance.
