At Iberostar we are looking for a Star Prestige Concierge to join our Operations team based in Aruba, but before knowing more about the position, we think it's important that you learn a little about us.

maybe this is your place!:) Your main mission as a Star Prestige Concierge is to identify, attend and follow up on the needs of The Star Prestige members, providing the necessary assistance and support to ensure their satisfaction during their stay.
As Star Prestige Concierge, What will your day-to-day work be like?.
-Read emails to follow up on requests from members and other departments.
-Contact members via email prior to their arrival to follow up on their requests.
-Verify in Grand Arrivals the information of members and make changes if necessary to keep the information updated.
-Inform the departments involved, assignment changes for the corresponding follow-up.
-Follow up on the Incident Report to ensure that all departments involved comply with member requests.
-Welcome new members, explain and enter benefits in New Hotel to update member history.
-Review and update member arrivals in New Hotel for follow up operation.
-Make agendas for members arriving the next day, so they can organize their activities during their stay.
-Confirm and notify members of their departure transportation schedules to ensure they do not miss their service.
-Personalize and send letters to members according to the amenities of the day.
-Place all documentation, keys and bracelets in the member arrival folder to ensure that guests receive all information at check in.
-Schedule and send members complimentary amenities, courtesies and decorations to make them feel recognized during their stay.
-Make agendas for members the day prior to their arrival so that they can organize their activities during their stay.
-Confirm and notify members of their departure transportation schedules to ensure they do not miss their service.
-Verify at New Hotel the day before the member's departure that the corresponding discounts have been applied to ensure that they were captured correctly.
-Provide information on Hotel services to enhance the guest experience.
-Perform Cross Selling to meet the sales goals of your department.
-Place all documentation, keys and bracelets in the member arrival folder to ensure guests receive all information at Check In.
-Give Check In and Check Out in Prestige Lounge to The Club and Star Prestige members to provide personalized and exclusive service.
-Promote the use of the App to guide guests in the use of this tool Requisitos Who is the ideal person for this position?.
Academic Qualification.
Associate Degree Experience.
1 year of experience in customer service or related positions Skills.
-Highly responsible & reliable -Ability to work unsupervised -Able to motivate fellow team members -To be able to remain focused and be detailed in product delivery -Ability to maintain the Standards of the company and Department -Ability to think quickly and find solutions to issues faced daily -Detail oriented -Excellent Command of the English and Spanish Language- Additional language is an asset Se ofrece Our proposal for you.
