s Group Compliance Risk Manager, you will work to implement the Compliance program within the Group, including all its affiliates.
The goal is to create a center of excellence in compliance risk that enhances the Group’s business performance and fosters high potential talents.
In that respect, your missions will notably include.
efine & update compliance risk mappingCoordinate the compliance risk mapping update/ self-assessment updateConduct compliance audits to check controls & self-assessment (ESG/BCR/ABC)Identify & address new risksIdentify and appropriately report any compliance findings, prioritisation, monitoring, and timely follow up of relevant actions to mitigate key compliance riskEnsure consistent compliance risk approach in the GroupDefine and roll-out compliance policiesContinuously improve risk mapping and risk review procedures to support efficient and effective compliance risk managementManage the compliance portal (Conflict of Interest, Gifts and Hospitality, Sponsorship and Donation review and approvals)Your line of reportingCompliance Program COE LeadSkills, knowledge and experienceEssentialAt a minimum, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

years of progressively increased compliance / audit / risk management responsibility, preferably in outsourcing/BPO environment, preferably in a multi-cultural environment.
trong stakeholder management skills with the ability to interact with and manage messages to all levels of management including Executive management, Regional Executives, operational level.
bility to present key issues clearly, concisely, succinctly, and in an engaging format with a clear flow of thought.
bility to identify risks and make recommendations within complex systems environments.
Ability to drive continuous improvement processes that enhance efficiency and effectiveness of compliance risk management.
