SR. PLATFORM ENGINEER (SFDC DEVELOPER)

Description Position Overview.
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our CRM Platform Team.
The ideal candidate will focus on strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing our Salesforce platform, reducing technical debt, fostering innovation, adopting new capabilities, improving user experience, and optimizing performance, Security and integration.
This role requires close collaboration with squad developers, Technical Product Owners (TPO), and Product Analysts (PA) to elevate our platform's functionality and overall user experience.
Key Responsibilities.
Collaborate with the team to define and implement enhancements for the Salesforce platform in line with strategic initiatives.
Manage and maintain Salesforce environments, including user setup, security settings, and data integrity.
Utilize Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP) and middleware tools to facilitate seamless data exchange and process automation.
Actively participate in reducing technical debt through refactoring and optimization of existing solutions.
Innovate and adopt new technologies and capabilities within the Salesforce ecosystem to improve Platform performance & Business processes.
Enhance user experience by measuring, analyzing, and implementing changes based on metrics.
Optimize system performance, Security and reliability across all Salesforce applications and integrations.
Work closely with squad developers to review and implement Salesforce best practices and guidelines.
Provide hands-on development support for both declarative and programmatic Salesforce features.
Ensure the seamless integration of Salesforce with other platforms and services, optimizing data flow and system interactions.
Continuously monitor and engage with the latest Salesforce technologies and release updates to identify opportunities for solution enhancements Requirements Skills and Qualifications.
Minimum of 5 years of experience with SFDC platform, with at least 3 years of experience in development and integrations.
Proven experience in designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions and integrations.
Hands-on expertise in Salesforce declarative tools and Programming (e.
., Flows, Apex, LWC, JavaScript, Asynchronous, Integration patterns).
Proficient in Salesforce best practices for development and deployment.
Experience with Salesforce connected apps (e.
., Data Loader, Workbench, Odaseva, Salesforce1.
Conga).
In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Clouds, especially Sales Cloud, Experience & Service Cloud but not limited to it.
Familiarity with Salesforce integration techniques and optimization.
Experience in measuring system performance and implementing improvements.
Knowledge of the latest Salesforce technologies and trends is highly preferred (e.
., Salesforce Agentforce, LLM concepts, Next Best Actions, Data Cloud etc.).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication (must be fluent in English speaking) and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Certifications (Preferred).
Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification.
Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification.
Salesforce JavaScript Certification.
Salesforce Sharing & Visibility Certification.
Salesforce Integration Certifications or other relevant Salesforce credentials.
