About the Team The Partner Innovation organization works within GPO (Global Partner Organization).
We are passionate about developing our partner ecosystem and new solutions to better position Workdayâs products.
GPO is driving a rapid and intentional change to embrace an open and modern ecosystem and implement a unified global partner strategy, with cross-functional engagement in programs, systems, processes and people.
The Partner Innovation organization defines and grows the partner ecosystem for innovation on top of and integration with Workday Products and Technology.
The partner management team manages top tier software partnerships from conceptualization, integration to go-to-market.
We are a global team that manages all payroll partners globally and software partners in EMEA and APAC.
About the Role The Workday Marketplace is a platform where customers discover and acquire Workday and third-party solutions.

In this role, you will champion and grow a set of payroll partnerships by engaging with current and potential partners.
This role will be focused on managing payroll partners in EMEA, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to collaborate successfully with cross-functional stakeholders to obtain partnership objectives.
Responsibilities include.
Identify and establish new software and payroll partners to our growth objectives Lead a portfolio of existing payroll partners to meet regional objectives, revenue growth objectives Develop relationships across product, industry, sales and services to implement cross-functional partnership motions Set strategic direction with partners with defined goals and clear business outcome Align with regional sales and field leadership to identify partners to enable Workdayâs go-to-market motions Onboard and guide new partners as the software and payroll partner ecosystem grows Collaborate on team-wide initiatives to improve or expand the Workday Partner Program About You The EMEA based Payroll Partner Manager drives a portfolio of high-impact payroll partners to help us achieve its growth objectives globally.
This growing program includes 500+ software partners and 30 payroll partners with plans to grow rapidly over the next several years.
In this role, you will champion a set of payroll partners by defining key business objectives, developing joint business plans, establishing executive sponsorship, leading go-to-market initiatives that drive revenue growth while building trusted relationships that ensure success of the partnership over the long-term.
The role requires familiarity in working across industries, business process competence, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to collaborate successfully with cross-functional team members to achieve partnership objectives.
Basic Qualifications.
3+ years of Payroll product and services selling experience 3+ years of Payroll expertise, alternative enterprise experience will be considered 3+ years of Payroll Partner Alliances experience, directly running software and payroll partnerships aimed at driving pipeline and revenue growth Other Qualifications.
Strong relationship building skills and excellent communication skills Adaptable and resilient with experience in a fast paced, constantly evolving environment Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic, a positive demeanor and high energy Collaborative critical thinker, with methodical approach and organizational skills to run parallel opportunities concurrently High level of integrity and a desire for high quality Our Approach to Flexible Work With Flex Work, weâre combining the best of both worlds.
