As a Customer Service in our team, you will.
-Provide support to the end-clients by showing great reactivity in solving accounting related questions -Educate users on how to manage their business better -Work cross-functionally with the Sales and the Product teams -Ensure that best in class service is given to customers -Work with multiple teams on a regular basis and will help to build the Customer Success "brand" across the entire organization We'll be a great match if you.
- Have a proficient or bilingual level of Spanish and advanced English - Have strong communication and customer care skills - Come with strong accounting skills and knowledge - Possess good disposition to work in a customer service environment It would be a plus if you.
