Our activities are split into missions whose set-up are integrated in different Space business.
Launchers, Earth Exploration (Copernicus), Space Exploration (Artemis), Commercial (Telecommunications Satellites).

Your main tasks and responsibilities will be.
- Become the reference and Key user for MES/SAP strategy.
- Define and implement digitalization strategies that align with the company's business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for digital transformation.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Design, develop, and maintain software applications and systems to support industrial processes.
- Identify, troubleshoot and debug software issues to ensure optimal performance - Analyse data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in industrial processes.
- Generate reports and dashboards to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Work closely with the industrialization team to understand their needs and provide tailored digital solutions.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to upskill team members and final users on digital tools and technologies.
- Give continuous support in place to final users solving and giving solutions to daily bugs Education and background requirements.
Higher Education (Grade or Master) related to Aeronautic, Industrial, Electronic Engineering, Information System Engineering.
At least 5 years experienced leading projects defining business methods applied to Production Processes.
Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Electronic manufacturing and Test processes knowledge will be valued positively.
Programming & Digital skills set requirements.
Python (Advanced),.
ET Framework(Medium), SQL (Advanced) Experience in data science and data analytics.
Familiarity with digital transformation tools and technologies (IoT, AI, Machine Learning, Data Modelling).
Experience with data visualization tools and Visual data driven decision making (Power BI, Grafana) Soft skills.
Team player, proactivity, organization and autonomy, customer support approach, resilient way of assuming changes, analytical and problem-solving skills, multifunctional team oriented.
