Oracle Consulting organization is responsible for delivering specialized consulting services to clients and supporting sales and delivery activities related mainly to Oracle Cloud Services. Whats scope of the role?

We are looking for a top-tier Solution Architect to join Oracle Consulting and lead the design of high-impact, transformative cloud solutions. This person will play a strategic role in both presales and delivery, engaging directly with CTOs, IT leaders, and business stakeholders to do business development and define solutions that unlock measurable value.

Acting as a Solution Authority, the architect will ensure alignment between business objectives and technical execution. They will navigate complex enterprise environments and propose innovative, sustainable solutions that leverage the full power of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) - especially in areas like Data Architecture, AI/ML, Generative AI, and Cloud-native Development.

We are seeking someone who not only masters technology but also excels at communication, influence, and strategic thinking. A true elevator architect, capable of engaging at every level of the organization - from whiteboard sessions with engineers to boardroom discussions with executives, impacting during sales and execution phases.

What youll bring
- Minimum 10-15 years of experience in total: business development, solution architecture, design, coding, project implementation and consulting experience.
- At least 5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud (OCI) solution architecture.
- Experience in customer-facing roles (consulting, presales, or solutions architecture).
- Experience in leading high-stakes engagements with enterprise or public sector clients.
- A set of Oracle Cloud certifications on Data, Infrastructure and AI is strongly preferred.
- Background in sectors like Financial Services, Telco, Retail or Government is a plus.
- Customer facing skills to represent Oracle Cloud within the customers environment and drive discussions with senior staff regarding trade-offs, best practices, project management and risk mitigation.
- Able to work with customers and convince customer of the benefits of moving to the cloud.
- Able to work independently with discipline and structured approach on sales planning and execution.
- Able to articulate solutions with respect to business requirements of the customer.
- Able to develop strong internal relationships. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others.
- Experience on cloud services architecture, design roadmap.
- Read, write, and speak Spanish and English fluently.
- Undergraduate or higher-level degree(s) holder or have equivalent work experience.
- Deliver services both remotely or on-site (depending on the customers requirements).
- Strong problem solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, including the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical staff at all levels.
- A positive and innovative attitude around design and delivery of solutions to customers.
- Ability to break down complex problems/issues to determine the appropriate assessments and recommendations to fix the issues.
- Think out of the box and be creative with solutions.
