Solution Architect Cash & Treasury About the Job The Solution Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing efficient, scalable, and secure IT solutions that align with Allianz's business objectives.
This role requires a deep understanding of architectural principles, enterprise systems and the ability to architect robust, scalable and secure solutions within a cloud environment.
What you do • Solution Design & Development.
Develop and implement IT architecture strategies that align with Allianz's business goals.
Design scalable, secure and high-performance solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
• Technology Evaluation & Recommendations.
Continuously evaluate and recommend technologies, tools and methodologies to enhance the IT infrastructure and drive innovation.
• Stakeholder Collaboration.
Work closely with business leaders, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
Facilitate workshops and meetings for requirements gathering and solution presentation.
• Technical Leadership.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to application teams, ensuring architectural best practices are followed.
• Project Management.
Lead the architectural aspects of major IT projects, ensuring timely delivery, risk mitigation, and alignment with business objectives.
• Documentation.
Create and maintain comprehensive architectural documentation, including design specifications, diagrams and technical guidelines.
• Compliance & Security.
Ensure all solutions comply with Allianz's security policies and regulatory requirements.
Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify and address vulnerabilities.
What you bring • Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies.
• Proficiency in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Experience with microservices architecture, API management and integration technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect or similar role, preferably in the finance industry.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field • Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles, and their practical use.
