About the Role Key Responsibilities Design scalable, end-to-end architectural solutions aligned with business goals and technical standards Define and evolve architecture patterns to guide solution development across platforms Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure alignment and execution Lead architectural governance and ensure compliance with enterprise standards Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable architecture strategies Drive technical decision-making and resolve architectural challenges in projects Document and maintain architecture artifacts to support knowledge sharing and reuse Essential Requirements Proven experience in Pharma and Technical Operations processes Demonstrated ability to lead large or cross-functional teams Strong background in solution and business architecture Skilled in consulting, enterprise architecture, and IT governance Excellent influencing and performance management capabilities Fluent in English with strong communication skills Desirable Requirements Experience working in a regulated industry or GxP environment Familiarity with cloud-native architecture and modern integration platforms You’ll receive.
