About the role.
We are seeking a Solution Architect to join our team, focusing on the Brand and Product Creation Foundation Technologies.
In this role, you will be instrumental in architecting scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions that support master data management, data streams, and reusable backend services.
You will serve a dual function.
leading architectural design and acting as a technical analyst to translate business needs into technical specifications.
Responsibilities Architectural Design.
Design and document scalable, secure, and high-performing backend solutions using Java and AWS Apply microservices and event-driven architecture patterns Ensure compliance with architecture governance and documentation standards Provide technical guidance to development teams, ensuring quality and consistency in implementation Stakeholder Collaboration.
Engage with business and technical stakeholders to gather, analyze, and refine requirements Lead whiteboarding and solution discovery sessions Translate business needs into technical specifications and validate feasibility Data-Centric Development.
Work across foundational services involving data streams, master data, and reusable backend capabilities Ensure data integrity and lifecycle consistency across multiple systems DevOps & Infrastructure.
Leverage containerization (Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines for smooth deployments Integrate with messaging systems (Kafka preferred) and various storage solutions (SQL/NoSQL) Leadership & Mentorship.
Guide developers, review designs, and support teams on architectural decisions Ensure alignment with technical standards and delivery methodologies Requirements 5+ years in solution architecture design 10+ years in hands-on Java backend development Proven ability to serve as a Technical Analyst Proficiency in Java, AWS (core services), and Kubernetes Experience with data modeling, API design, and event-driven systems Familiarity with CI/CD, messaging systems (Kafka), and storage architecture (SQL, NoSQL) Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities Proficiency in requirement gathering and technical documentation Sharp analytical and problem-solving mindset Fluent in English (written and spoken) Desirable Experience with data lakes, Elasticsearch, and infrastructure as code Familiarity with Agile/Scrum or SAFe delivery frameworks Certifications such as TOGAF, AWS, or other relevant architecture/delivery credentials What's in it for you Opportunity to work remotely from Spain, contributing to innovative projects for a globally recognized brand Engage in a dynamic and collaborative work environment that values continuous learning and development Be part of a team that is at the forefront of digital product innovation, shaping the future of brand and product creation technologies About us.
