They provide reliable, efficient and secure connections for customers. They also offer enhanced features such as scalability, high availability to ensure uninterrupted communication services. You will be managing a team of 5-8 people and you will be coding yourself as well.Your tasks will include:Helping your team to deliver high-quality software Overseeing project milestones and assuring product qualitySupporting the advancement of cutting-edge engineering practicesBeing responsible for professional growth within your teamCoding, debugging and reviewing codesWorking closely with various stakeholders in order to understand use case and business requirementsBeing responsible for project work including resource and cost planning Ensuring the delivery of a high-quality software which meets customers' needsTaking care of the prioritization of the product development backlogBeing in contact with customers and users in order to help them with their issuesTo be a good fit for the Engineering Manager role, you will have:Previous leadership experience- including recruitment, performance reviews, promotions, salary discussions and planning of a career path for your team membersStrong hands-on experience in JavaPrevious experience in Cloud (AWS is preferred)Previous experience with a high-performance softwareAbility to develop skills and mentor team membersAbility to present complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersFluent EnglishNice to have:Experience with KotlinPrevious experience in a Product CompanyReasons to join:Being part of interesting projectsEmployment contract and annual bonusUnlimited paid vacationTime for self-development and researchSponsored trainings and conferencesSounds Interesting?
