What you’ll do.
•    You will lead two AGILE teams (about people total) creating games for video lottery terminals (VLT).
Main duties of the team include implementing visuals, sounds, win/lose calculations as well as specific features and mechanics of each game, •    Each AGILE team consists of C++ software developers, QA and mathematicians working together on a daily level,  •    AGILE Teams have Scrum Masters and Tech Leads and are supported by Product Owners and Project Managers, •    Take ownership of software implementation and lead AGILE team’s trough process of integrating assets and design decisions which can be changed during development, •    You will work with tech lead to support career growth of software developers, •    You’re expected to lead a team in AGILE world, implement and potentially challenge existing AGILE processes & practices on location to provide more efficient and fitting environment for their work, •    Support your team members in their daily work in AGILE teams, •    If business needs occur, obtain knowledge on different domains of technology, and potentially lead a team into acquiring these skills as well, •    Work along-side project managers and product owners to help them deliver games in defined time frames, •    Perform risk management on a daily level, •    Perform root cause analysis on various teams related topics to find opportunities for improvement, •    Assist in critical issue escalation to find the best solution as quickly as possible, •    Provide accurate reports on teams and implementation status to Studio Development Manager, •    Define & maintain teams’ culture of work encompassing working, social and ethical topics to better your team’s cohesiveness.
Must-haves.
•    Willingness to understand business & product needs and be able to align team needs with them, •    Able to collaborate effectively and act as a strategic partner to stakeholders in product decisions, •    Solid technical English, •    Good team playing, and communication skills, •    Ability to motivate people and proactively propose directions to optimize the team tasks.
Nice-to-have.
•    C#/C++ knowledge, •    Design of your team, •    Game development experience, •    Mentoring or coaching experience.
