It is this combination that sets us apart as an employer and characterizes life at SARIA.We are excited for you to become part of our team and fully join the adventure ahead.If you want to work with us and be part of our team as: Software Asset ManagerObjectives:Assumes responsibility and operation of the software asset management solution and maintains accurate records of asset acquisitions, transfers, maintenance and disposal.Functions:• Leading contract negotiations with software vendors• Conducting market analyses to secure optimal purchasing conditions and identify potential savings• Managing and maintaining purchased and registered software licenses, including ensuring license compliance• Reviewing and validating commercial data to maintain an overview of costs and budgets• Managing contracts, including monitoring contract durations and adapting them to current needs and requirements• Applying IT Asset Management (ITAM) strategies to manage and optimize IT resources, especially in the areas of procurement and license managementWhat are we looking for?• We are looking for professionals with 5 years' experience in a similar position in a multinational company (food, energy, environment) with experience in Experience with Software Asset management tools and software.✓ Quality and customer service oriented (methodical, detail-oriented person with professional discretion).✓ Results-oriented, initiative✓ Good communication skills✓ Willingness to travelRequirements:• Engineering, Ecomomics or similar.• Strong background in asset management or IT procurement.• Strong understanding of IT asset management best practices, software licensing.• Ideally a job-relevant additional qualification, such as negotiation training, BME course in procurement, etc.• Strong system and process understanding as well as practical experience with ERP and eprocurement systems• Extensive experience in IT asset management and basic data knowledgeAdditional Requirements and skills:✓ Organisational skills, autonomy, versatility, proactivity.✓ Clear orientation towards results and continuous improvement.✓ Advanced level of English essential (B2-C1).
