SME INDIRECT CHANNEL MANAGER- ASHANTI/BA

Role Purpose Recruit and Manage Mobile, FBB and Fixed Voice and Data Sales teams (Sales contractors and Freelancers) in the SME and SOHO space in TBS in assigned regions.
Manager sales executives and indirect partner sales team in assigned region Planning and Executing sales activities for SOHOs, SMEs, Gated Communities and Commercial buildings and establishments, meeting Telecel Business objectives whilst mitigating risk.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership Coordinate all sales operations-related activities in assigned regions and guide the sales team on on-the-ground day-to-day activities.
Share market/trade insights with the management team to aid decision-making.
Assist and advise key stakeholders (i.
.
COPs, CBU, FCoE, etc) on the structure and development of commercial strategies to maximize business profitability across complex multi-faceted commercial propositions spanning all types and forms of SME and SOHO customers.
Develop and drive indirect channel strategic plan.
Develop route to market strategy and extract value from existing corporate relationships Attend customer visits and coordinate sales team negotiations in line with business principles.
Ensure customers are served on time in line with BAU with internal and external stakeholders.
Technical / Professional Expertise Proven sales experience Telecoms/IT-related service experience (Essential).
First Degree preferably Telecom/Business Management/B.
Com  Postgraduate business qualification Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience in mid-management level.
Proven experience in customer-facing environments.
Computer Literate (Excel and PowerPoint) Essential.
Good people management capabilities Fixed Broadband, Fixed Lines and Mobile Solutions sales experience.
