Explore opportunities with us today.We are looking for a Services Operations Manager (3D printing) for our well-known client from the IT industryLocation: Barcelona/SpainType of Work: hybrid - 2 days WFO, permanent contractAbout the project:The 3D print business provides top-tier 3D printing solutions, unlocking new opportunities and driving growth. As market leaders, we bring together technology innovators, market disruptors, and profit generators for our customers.The 3D Printing Services Operations Manager supports the new omnichannel business model by coordinating operations across eBusiness, Quote to Cash, and Post-Sales Support, serving as the main contact for customers on contractual issues.In this role, the manager collaborates closely with GBU, Supply Chain, Services, and other stakeholders. We seek a highly motivated candidate with a strong customer focus and problem-solving skills, experience in various operational areas.Responsibilities:Support for EMEA/AMS Business Operations:Manage 3DaaS and support contracts from quote to cash.Prepare quotes, cost comparisons, and contracts.Conduct customer calls on 3DaaS and pricing.Handover deals to the CSM Team and follow up on entitlement setup.Handle renewals, amendments, and billing for additional visits.Coordinate Fast Track onboarding and invoicing.Manage partner compensation and overdue collections.Bi-monthly renewal calls with sales.Develop and maintain sales tools for subscriptions and financing.Localize subscription contracts with Legal teams.Train Sales and Resellers on subscription and financing offers.Advise on process improvements.Provide weekly forecasted contractual values and track the sales funnel.Support Sales and resellers, address customer questions, and share insights with the business team.Create and maintain customer insight reports, ensuring GDPR compliance.Facilitate Quote to Cash processes and dispute resolution.Education and experience required:First-level university degreeAdvanced understanding of HP core processes and customer requirementsBroad operations background, AOM, CSSM or SC experience is an advantage3D Printing experience is an advantageKnowledge & skills required:Customer focus and mentalityCan do attitudeProblem solverGrowth mindset; ability to make progress and proposals in an environment of non-standard processes and start-up approach (learning by doing)Open-minded and flexible to adapt to new ways of doing thingsExcellent communication skills, negotiation and influencing skills.Mastery in English is mandatory.
