Madrid, Spain Mission Your Mission Within the engineering organization of growing business in the Kudelski Security, as a ServiceNow Expert in our Madrid office, you will be a  key member of EMEA software engineering team in charge of building and running the solutions powering our Managed Detection & Response (MDR) service, but also the service desk and internal tools set.
As a Managed Detection and Response (MDR) provider, we rely on the Cyber Fusion Centers (CFCs) to provide services aiming to help our customers to monitor and respond to their security threats 24x7.
Based in our Madrid office, you will be one of the key liaisons between our Swiss headquarters and Spanish operations, easing seamless international collaboration.
Your role will be instrumental in implementing, managing, and optimizing our ServiceNow platform.
By leveraging your deep technical expertise and understanding of business processes, you will drive productivity and efficiency across the organization.
You will serve as a bridge between our engineering team and business units, ensuring that the full capabilities of ServiceNow are harnessed to meet our evolving business needs.
As a service management leader, you will be responsible for training and mentoring team members, nurturing a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Your ultimate goal is to maintain the ServiceNow platform as a strategic operational asset, particularly in terms of case management, to sustain our company's global success.

Responsibilities Your Responsibilities will be to.
Design and develop ServiceNow applications, modules, and features based on business requirements and technical specifications using stories Collaborate with our expert leading the configuration and customization of ServiceNow platform, including user interface design, workflows, notifications, reporting, and integrations with other systems Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, analysts, and architects, to gather requirements and ensure that ServiceNow solutions align with business needs Develop and implement complex automation and workflows within the ServiceNow platform to streamline processes and enhance efficiency Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow applications, customizations, and integrations, providing root-cause analysis and recommendations for improvement Perform regular platform maintenance, updates, and upgrades, ensuring system stability and data integrity Establish and enforce ServiceNow development best practices, coding standards, and quality assurance processes Continuously research and stay current with ServiceNow features, enhancements, and industry trends, recommending new tools and technologies as appropriate Provide training and support to ServiceNow users, addressing questions, issues, and requests for enhancements Participate in the team software deliveries Supply first-class support to our stakeholders through various communication channels Work in an Agile environment, adhere to and improve the best practices and processes currently in place Create and maintain thorough documentation for ServiceNow customizations, integrations, and workflows   This role involves If needed, be part of the 24/7 on-call rotation, up to 1 week every 4.
Have knowledge of ITIL methodologies and relational databases   Your aim is to play an active role in helping Kudelski Security to build, run and maintain solutions and services to make our customer’s business more secure.
Requirements / Profile You are fluent in English an analytical and problem-solving person fully autonomous a great mentor / advisor, dedicated team player, able to evolve and rapidly develop required soft and hard skills in an ever-changing world able to work in a multicultural and international environment with good communication and collaboration skills (contact with India, Switzerland & USA) not taking anything for granted (Process re-engineering skills).

French speaking Familiarity with Agile (Scrum) methodologies Practice using ITSM products Practice dealing with Twilio integrations A reasonable amount of interest in Cybersecurity Hold ServiceNow certifications, such as Application Developer, System Administrator, Implementation Specialist, etc...
