With our greatest assets - our premium spirits and our people - we're driving growth through impactful marketing, innovation and entrepreneurial spirit.SEO Associate ManagerThe following position is open in Madrid, Spain.Role MissionDevelop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy, aligning it with business objectives and focusing on improving organic search rankings, organic traffic, and conversion rates.Collaborate and manage the projects closely with agencies, brands, content creators, product managers, developers, and marketing teams to implement SEO best practices and optimize contentMonitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms, and provide regular reports with actionable insights to stakeholdersCollaborate with web development teams to integrate SEO best practices deep into our website platform to be able to grow organic traffic in the long tailCollaborate closely with marketing teams to integrate SEO strategies into broader marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns, email marketing, and digital advertising.Manage analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to track and report on key performance indicators. Understand frameworks, KPIs, and configuration of the tool.Generate regular reports on website and campaign performance, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.Conduct in-depth analysis of user behavior, conversion paths, and customer journeys.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and track measurable goals aligned with business objectives.Utilize A/B testing and other experimentation methods to optimize website elements.Qualifications+ 5 years of professional experience in SEO and analytics projects, with a proven track record of successfully developing and implementing international SEO strategies for multibrands.Extensive knowledge of SEO best practices and are passionate about staying on top of news and trends in SEO and Online Marketing. Experience working with several SEO and analytics tools (E.g.: SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, CrazyEgg, Google Cloud, Sistrix, etc.) Solid understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and industry best practices.Strong Technical Skills (Crawling, HTML, CSS, CDN performance, APIs Automation…)Proactive and independent profile capable of self-managementYou have analytical skills and a data-driven growth mindset. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Professional proficiency in English (required).
