SENIOR VALUATION OFFICER

We are looking for a Senior profile to reinforce our team of investments valuation.The selected candidate will be responsible for assessing the value of our illiquid investments portfolio. We are seeking a professional with experience in illiquid/defaulted bonds, private debt, OTC derivatives and private equity.In this role, you will:Utilize your proficiency in Excel, VBA programming and Bloomberg knowledge to develop and maintain sophisticated valuation models for investment assets.Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and due diligence on potential investment opportunities.Monitor market trends, economic indicators, and industry developments to evaluate their impact on investment valuations.Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including investment managers and finance teams, to provide timely and insightful valuation reports.Ensure accuracy and efficiency in valuation processes, optimizing workflows where possible.Prepare and present valuation analyses and recommendations to senior leadership and valuation committees.Qualifications and experience:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.Minimum of three years of experience in investment valuation, financial analysis, or related fields.Experience in the fund industry with specific focus on Luxembourg environment.Proficiency in Excel and VBA programming is essential, as well as Bloomberg Terminal and Bloomberg Datalicense skills.Strong understanding of investment vehicles, particularly illiquid bonds, private debt, OTC derivatives, and private equity.Fluent English is a must, Spanish and Italian are a plus.Social SkillsStrong organization and communication skillsAbility to meet deadlinesProactive, able to take initiatives and with a continuous improvement mentalityConstant focus on quality and client service Positive, open-minded, dynamic and long-term thinkingWant to join a growing Entrepreneurial, Intercultural, International and Independent Global Asset Servicing Company?
