As the Senior Software Java Developer, you'll own the design and technical implementation of new customer access management self-service features, coach junior colleagues, and contribute to making the solution end-to-end successful as part of a DevSecOps team.

About the team   You'll become part of Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) – a team responsible for developing and managing the solutions which facilitate and control access of B2B (business-to-business) partners to Swiss Re's applications and services.
We are part of the Security Team – the focal point for all security activities across Swiss Re.
The Security Team is responsible for cybersecurity engineering and operations, governance, risk and compliance.
It also defines and advances the company's security strategy.
We're looking for a highly experienced software engineer who would be passionate to shape the future of access management for our customers – by designing and implementing backend elements for our solution.

In your role, you will… Be someone who believes in continuous innovation, is curious and relentless in finding a better way every day Design and implement features and components for our "Customer Access Management" application landscape Ensure technical design is in line with architecture and meets security and quality requirements Work with QA experts to ensure solutions meet high expectations for reliability and availability Contribute to technical documentation and DevOps support of the solution Mentor less experienced colleagues  Your qualifications Nobody meets 100% of our requirements.
