Your contribution.
First contact person for SSC Team regarding Lease-in related questions regarding invoices, dunning, rental payment escalations, enforcements, return payments etc.
Interface Management between different Stakeholders internally and externally (especially Sparring Partner for German Real Estate Team) Create KPI & SLA reports, statistics and evaluations for all processes in the area of finance operations Perform cash flow reporting and lease reviews regarding IFRS 16 Accounting Perform SOX and internal controls including documentation and monthly balance sheet reconciliation Quality assurance of SSC activities & Steering of permanent training courses for SSC team members Operational involvement in complex accounting projects & account clarifications related to German landlords   What makes you stand out.
At least 3 years of professional experience in Financial Accounting An university degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration In-depth knowledge in the special areas of Real Estate Leases Advanced knowledge of German contract law (Real Estate related) & IFRS 16 Leases Good knowledge of SAP REFX & further SAP Finance Modules Good knowledge of the telecommunications industry and telecommunications infrastructure Fluent German (C1) and English skills written and spoken What we offer.
