Senior Project Manager Company.
Marsh Description.
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Spanish Transformation team at Marsh.
This role will be based in Madrid.
This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least four days a week in the office.
We will count on you to.
• Translate business strategies and objectives into business requirements; • Identify, verify and document functional and operational requirements using requirements management methodology and tools.
• Test and analyze final requirements.
• Ensure requirements are communicated effectively to parties responsible for technical development and implementation.
• Manage data and reporting requests.
• Manage projects and perform follow-ups.
• Manage main stakeholders and lead the change management.
What you need to have.
• Knowledge in general insurance area - minimum 3 years; property & casualty knowledge will be a differentiator.
• Project management experience - minimum 4 years.
• Project management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to build and sustain strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
• Fluent English level (C1); • Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and general ease with different systems.
• Project management certification (PMP, Prince 2) is highly desirable What makes you stand out.

• Good analytical skills and strong attention to details.
• Knowledge and experience in insurance and management of complex projects.
