Senior Project Manager (Pharmaceutical Manufacturing) Function: Customer SuccessReports to: Chief Customer Success OfficerHybrid Role: Limited travel to the Barcelona HQ (every other month)Other Travel: Limited travel to client sites is anticipated, but will not be intensiveThe Company: A software-as-a-service start-up that transforms manufacturing operations in life science industries using advanced analytics and artificial intelligence.Following their recent Series C round of growth funding, they are looking for ambitious new team members who are motivated to directly impact future growth and the success of the company.Their goal is to help pharma manufacturers and CDMOs make better decisions in GMP operations, but what differentiates them from other manufacturing platforms?• Helping to accelerate their clients journey to digitalisation• Preventing operations leaders and engineers endlessly chasing data• Imparting a rapid understanding of how to run manufacturing processes better• Solving multiple problems in GMP operations that cost manufacturers millionsOne of their unique capabilities is the ability to operationalize the use of predictive AI models in real-time without a big data science staff.Their mission is to improve global health by optimizing how medicines are manufactured so that pharma and biotech companies can provide patients worldwide with the right medicine at the right time and price.They are looking to hire people who are motivated to directly impact the company's success and growth path, and, more importantly, positively contributing to the life science industry and deserving patients worldwide.The Position We are looking for a Senior Project Manager who specializes in software/systems integration projects within the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.Therefore, candidates MUST HAVE a technical background, preferably in Engineering (Industrial, Electronics, IT, Physics, Life Sciences) with demonstrated experience in MES, Life Sciences or Industrial Processes.This role will be critical to the continued growth of this start-up, as they onboard increasingly larger client accounts, and address more complex implementations.
