Responsibilities Your role as an Senior Program Manager will involve.
Program Proposal.
Apply consulting skills to develop proposals that are in line with the corporate clients' strategic goals and provide meaningful educational experiences, using the support of internal faculty and experience within the area.
Client Engagement.
Engage consistently with clients, understanding their objectives and offering support throughout the program's duration.
Expert in navigating complex challenges and client dynamics to ensure a seamless and rewarding experience for everyone involved.
Leadership & Coordination.
Direct program planning and team coordination.
Support the team, academic directors, and faculty throughout the processes.
It is key to be able to navigate in any type of company structures.
Process Innovation.
Encourage the adoption of technology and data analysis to improve both client-facing and internal processes.
Dashboard Mastery.
Utilize advanced dashboards to analyze complex data, guiding decision-making, and program improvements.
Qualifications To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications.
A master's degree  Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
Experience in consultancy is highly valued, with a strong focus on strategic resolution, hands-on approach, operational skills, and client relations.
Program management experience in complex projects is highly valued.
Outstanding leadership capabilities, capable of guiding teams in complex projects.
Team player within multicultural and multifunctional teams.
