Job Description Role purpose.
Being part of Business Intelligence team in Application Operations, you will be responsible to work closely with Business & Technical delivery squads to analyze and resolve incidents in the respective applications & business flows.
Additionally, you will own and/or share accountability for ensuring  systems performance and availability, and compliance with all security & data protection policies.
Must have technical / professional qualifications.
•Oracle (SQL/PLSQL) •Oracle Data Integrator •Oracle Golden Gate •Unix/Linux Shell scripting •Python •Java •SAP Business Objects 4.
•Oracle APEX 4.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership.
•Review high level design documents •Define non-functional, operational requirements •Good knowledge of ITIL methodology •Monitoring, Troubleshooting & Tuning of various applications •Technical acceptance and deployment of release deliverables •Business & technical incident management analysis/troubleshooting •Effective communication with technical & business squad teams & vendors Core competencies, knowledge and experience.
