Established in , VOIS has evolved into a global, multi-functional organization, a Centre of Excellence for Intelligent Solutions focused on adding value and delivering business outcomes for Vodafone Job Description Role Purpose Data centre Network Service Design Senior Engineer role is part of the centralized DC Network design team within Vodafone Technology.
Engineer will have ownership for overall Network design aspects of network projects assigned, working closely with other SMEs, Architects, Project Management and Infra Services to endure standard solutions, which comply with group strategy and policy.
Must have technical/professional qualifications.
SDN (SD-WAN, Cisco ACI, VMware NSX) /  Cloud Computing Roles and Responsibilities.
Create Network service solution design-HLD document.
Understand the services to build high-performance & optimize solution.
Design & migration the services connectivity solution from legacy network environment to SD-WAN/ACI/NSX/Private Cloud environment according to Vodafone security Zoning & Routing Standards.
Core competencies, knowledge and experience.
Experience in Data center build, consolidation, migration to public cloud.
SDN (SD-WAN, Cisco ACI, VMware NSX), Python, Automation with Terraform/Ansible Should have hands on experience on Cisco Nexus Data center devices Switching (Fabric-path),Routing (OSPF, BGP, BFD), Segment Routing, Ethernet, Fabric Path, VXLAN Private Cloud & Public cloud (Cloud providers AWS, Azure, GCP etc.) Not a perfect fit?
